1. Sponsor

The Cecil Bernard Original Painting Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Straight Street Media Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation and registered 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 87-2923725), P.O. Box 11542, Atlanta, GA 30305 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on January 31, 2026(“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

A. Donation Entry

Individuals who make a donation to If You Are My Brothers, a project of Straight Street Media Inc., during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Donation amount does not affect the odds of winning.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Donation Required

To enter without making a donation, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2026, and received by February 2, 2026 to be eligible. Free entries will be treated equally to donation entries.

5. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive an original artwork by Cecil Bernard, a renowned artist. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 2, 2026.

The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. If required by law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical failures or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and for communications related to If You Are My Brothers, unless the entrant opts out.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winners List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
